Husqvarna air cleaners for professional dust control
At Overmat Industries, we supply Husqvarna machines for construction, demolition and renovation — and that also includes Husqvarna air cleaners (Aircleaners). More and more projects require strict dust control, especially during tasks such as drilling, sawing, grinding and sanding. With Husqvarna’s portable air cleaners, you remove harmful particles from the air and work safer and cleaner.
Protect yourself against (silica) dust on site
Construction sites are prone to dust generated by day-to-day work. This dust may contain crystalline silica — a hazardous substance often mentioned as one of the biggest health risks in construction. That’s why it’s important not only to clean up dust, but above all to control it in the air.
Invisible dust, but a serious risk
The smallest (respirable) particles can penetrate deep into the lungs. These particles are so small (approx. 0.1–5.0 μm) that they can remain airborne for hours — invisible to the naked eye.
A good approach combines source extraction with professional air filtration. Choose equipment with HEPA H13 or H14 filtration and, of course, use the correct personal protective equipment.
New generation of Husqvarna air cleaners: intelligent, mobile and stackable
Husqvarna’s latest range of air cleaners has been developed with a higher level of mobility and user-friendliness than the previous generation. Based on a standard ceiling height of 2.5 m and 10 air changes per hour, the usual recommendation is:
- Husqvarna A 25 Aircleaner: recommended for areas up to approx. 25 m²
- Husqvarna A 45 Aircleaner: recommended for areas up to approx. 45 m²
- Husqvarna A 100 Aircleaner: recommended for areas up to approx. 100 m²
For larger areas, multiple units can be combined for optimal air cleaning.
Clear filter status with colour-coded LED bar
All models are equipped with a colour-coded LED bar that remains clearly visible even from a distance. This makes it easy to check filter status and operating status at a glance. An audible alarm and a flashing red signal indicate when the pre-filter or main filter needs to be replaced. This helps you plan maintenance proactively and reduce downtime.
Two-stage filtration, expandable to 3-stage
The air cleaners use two-stage filtration to capture, among other things, silica dust and dust from wood, metal, gypsum and other materials. Depending on the application, optional activated carbon and HEPA 14 filters are available. An activated carbon filter can also help reduce odours, gases and certain chemicals in the air.
Multiple fan speeds (A 45 and A 100)
The A 45 and A 100 feature three fan speeds to meet different noise and filtration requirements. The lowest speed is extra quiet (approx. 50 dB), while higher settings provide faster air cleaning.
Built to move: compact, rugged and stackable
Thanks to their low weight and smart, robust design, Husqvarna Aircleaners are easy to move, carry and transport efficiently. The compact, stackable design is practical on site as well as in the van.
Control dust with negative air pressure
In addition to air cleaning, the units can also be used as negative air machines. Negative air pressure helps limit the spread of hazardous particles, for example during renovation, demolition, or work in contained areas.
By sealing off a space and directing air in a controlled way through a single outlet, dust is kept “inside the zone” more effectively. With optional air inlet and outlet accessories, different negative-air setups are possible. A Longopac® bag can also be connected to the outlet to direct clean air easily to another room or environment.
